For audits and retainers that means a baseline of where you actually stand before we recommend anything. For builds and integrations it means a plan you've read and agreed to. The work gets delivered in line with that plan, and when it's finished you get a detailed account of what was done and what it produced. If something isn't worth doing, we say so before you pay for it - we are honest about what we do, and we don't want you to pay for anything that isn't going to help you. With us, you'll always know what you paid for and why.

His background is senior software engineering: production systems, architecture, structured data and schema, performance, and infrastructure, and technical lead on client integrations and lead pipeline work for marketing agencies. Implementation tickets may be executed by vetted subcontractors under his review; you are told who is doing what, and QA is his.
